Kelly Sorbel is a  recording engineer, musician, event coordinator, videographer, visual artist, and curator who lives in Bellingham, Washington. A longstanding touring DIY musician, Kelly studied Cultural Anthropology and Media Production at Fairhaven College. In 2019, Kelly was hired as Venue Director at Make.Shift Art Space, an all-ages music venue, gallery, and studio space. Around that same time, Kelly created Studio K, which offered indie musicians an affordable place to record their music.  Since then, Kelly has produced several full length records. He is currently working as a booker for multiple venues and festivals, making great strides to continue fostering inclusive performance spaces that benefit both emerging and established artists.
